In all our projects, buyers can opt for financing with the bank of their choice upon delivery of their unit.
Upon delivery of the unit, buyers can opt for the insurance plans of the insurance company of their choice, which can even be through the same bank that will provide the financing.
Our projects offer an additional furniture package for those who wish to receive their property in turnkey mode. These packages are added to the purchase contract and can be paid for during the construction process.
The administration of both the residential and the hotel administration are contemplated in our projects.
Garbage collection, cleaning of common areas, maintenance of common pools, clubhouse, payment of security and service personnel, electricity in common areas, garden maintenance and other services in common areas of the residential.
Maintenance varies by project and is calculated based on the unit footage, usually ranging from US$1 to US$2 per square foot of construction.
In all our projects vacation rental is allowed.

Our projects are conceptualized and designed according to the requirements of the CONFOTUR law, in such a way that in each one of them it can be applied to this benefit and enjoy tax exemption for our clients.
